STUDIO TOURS

Studio Tours are available 7 days a week between the hours of 10am - 7pm, tours must be scheduled in advance & are available by appointment only, walk ins will be turned away.

PAYMENT FOR STUDIO TIME

Clients working less than 15 hours are required to pay the cost of the booked studio  time upfront.
Any client working more than 15 hours will be allowed to pay the remaining balance at the end of their scheduled session. Please note that all Pro Tools Discs, Dats, & Hard Drives will remain on PatchWerk premises until the balance of the studio is paid in full. 

TIME ON HOLD

Sessions will be considered put on hold until a 50% deposit has been made, or a P.O. from a record label with a previous relationship with PatchWerk has been given. No time on hold will be given away without us first notifying the person who placed it on hold. Once a 50% deposit has been received studio time will be considered confirmed & billable.

CANCELLATIONS

All sessions are considered confirmed & billable within 24 hours of the session start time. Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the client will be billed for half the amount of time booked,with a minimum of 4 hrs billed.
